MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. Jay Stauffer, is a surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and completed his residency at Kansas University Medical Center.
Dr. Stauffer also completed a Clinical and Research Oncology Fellowship at UTHSC San Antonio. He has practiced in Fredericksburg, Texas since 1999 and continues to teach medical students through a Rural Surgery Rotation program.
